To cancel your hosting account please open a new helpdesk ticket including the following information:
- Username
- Main Domain Name
- Account Password
- Account Number
- Account PIN
- Reason for Cancellation (optional)
A member of our billing staff will confirm back the cancellation date, which is when your account will be permenantly deleted and you will not be billed again.
Please also provide a reason for your cancellation, we use this feedback to improve our service where possible.
