Email notices are sent to the email address we hold on file for you, around 30 days prior to expiry and again when the domain expires. Simply reply to these email notices or create help a helpdesk ticket to renew your domain names with us.
If you do not reply to our expiry notice emails or contact the helpdesk then your domain name will expire and could be taken by someone else. For this reason its important you keep a valid email address on file with us at all times, or monitor your domain expiry dates yourself and contact the helpdesk anytime to renew early.
